❤️ As a community token, $WATER places the community at the heart of all decision-making processes. Over the past two nights, we have held extensive internal discussions, consulted with our advisors, and engaged with exchanges (including Tier 1) to determine the best structure for a fair and successful token launch.
📊 Following community votes across our social platforms, it became clear that an adjustment to the initial hard cap of 55,555 SOL was necessary. While many agreed with this change, others emphasized the importance of including everyone in a fair launch.
❗ Here’s what we have considered:
⏳ The rapid sell-out in minutes, with bots taking spots from genuine contributors, was unfair.
🌐 The timing of the address publication caused inequality among participants.
🌐 Website high overload and crashes prevented some contributors from reloading the page in time, resulting in lost opportunities.
📌 Based on these considerations, we have reached the following conclusions:
⏱️ Everyone who has sent their tokens within the first 180 seconds (3 minutes) will be considered a Pre-Sale contributor. We believe this is a fair timeframe for transactions.
🤖 All automated transactions (bots) will be refunded and removed from any calculations.
📉 Those who entered after 3 minutes will be bundled as market buyers, as stated in the website terms and agreed upon by everyone who sent SOL to the Pre-Sale address.
Here is the breakdown:
• 💰 Sol contributed in the first 180 seconds: 255,706 SOL
• 🔄 Total amount of bot transactions that will be refunded: 11,648.85 SOL (This number includes anything that came before :00 and a few seconds after.)
Final distribution schedule:
• 0 - 9,500 SOL - Round 1: +35% bonus
• 9,501 - 20,000 SOL - Round 2: +25% bonus
• 20,001 - 31,111 SOL - Round 3: +15% bonus
• 31,112 - 43,112 SOL - Round 4: +10% bonus
• 43,113 - 55,555 SOL - Round 5: +5% bonus
• 55,556 - 255,706 SOL - Extension: 0% bonus tokens
The remaining 49,380 SOL will be used for bundling and purchasing tokens from the market during the TGE event.
